David Brown
Lead Pastor
David Brown is the Lead Pastor at Hillcrest Baptist Church. He is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University (earning a bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 1988) and Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (earning a Master of Divinity in 2007). He surrendered to the ministry in 2002. He loves to preach the Word of God and see people's lives changed as they come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior and follow His will for their lives.
David married his wife Gena in 1991 and they have been blessed with two children, Garrett and Greyson. He enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with his family. He is an avid sports fan who particularly likes the St. Louis Cardinals and Missouri Tigers. His life verse is Philippians 4:13. " I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me".

Steve Mino
Worship Pastor
Steve Mino is a native of Missouri and has led traditional and modern worship for the past 14 plus years. He became the full time Worship and Connections Pastor at Hillcrest in January 2021.
He and his wife Jeanetta were married in December 2004. They have 2 children, Steven and Katie.
Steve is a strong believer in The Gospel of Jesus Christ and believes that sharing and winning people to Christ is the most important thing that one can do. One of Steve's favorite scriptures is Psalm 91.
Steve enjoys fishing, singing, working around his land, and spending time with his family. Steve was is in a music group called “Changed” which has won numerous awards, opened up for The Dutton’s, sang at Sight & Sound Theater, Silver Dollar City, and has sang the National Anthem numerous times for the Chicago Bulls at the United Center in Chicago.

Vonda Wallace
Children's Director
Vonda Wallace is the Children’s Ministry Director for Hillcrest Baptist Church (HBC). A master’s level graduate of Missouri University (2006) – Columbia and retired child welfare administrator, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the children’s ministry (birth – 5th grade). She is passionate about reaching the next generation with the truth of Jesus Christ, partnering with others called to serve in children’s ministry, and developing safe, biblical opportunities to reach our community, encourage parents, evangelize and disciple children.
Vonda married Brian in 1992 and they have been blessed with two adult children, Ben and Elizabeth. The family joined Hillcrest Baptist Church in 2003, and have many years of experience teaching children and youth in life groups, Vacation Bible Schools, participating in domestic and international mission activities, and serving in other areas of the Church. Brian was ordained as a Deacon in 2013 and serves our area as Operation Christmas Child Drop Off Location Team Leader, with support and assistance from Vonda.
Spending time in God’s word, hanging with her family, and serving with her church family to spread the gospel and disciple believers are activities Vonda enjoys. One of her favorite scriptures is Romans 5:8.

Linda Bradshaw
Administrative Assistant
Linda graduated from Lebanon High school in 1967. She received a B.S. in Elementary Education from Missouri State and a Masters Degree from SBU. Linda taught middle school at Laquey for 20 years until she retired.
Linda is the bright and shining face you see or hear when you come to the church or call. Serving an an educator for many years, she has a heart for people and always goes the extra mile to help anyone who asks.
Linda is married to Harold and has 3 girls Andrea, Trisha, and Jill.

Donald Copling
Custodian
Don graduated from Wright City H.S. in 1973. He received his B.S. in Physical Education in 1981 from College of the Ozarks. Don is married to Vicky and he has two sons, Trent and Kalem. He taught 16 years at Joel E. Barber and retired from Lebanon Public Schools after 13 years of service. He has served in his role at Hillcrest since February of 2010.
Mike Hinkley
Part time Custodian
Mike married his wonderful wife Kim in 2020. They have 3 adult daughters, Leigh An, Jenna, Alyssa, and one daughter at home Aubrey. Mike is also a grandpa and loves being a poppy to all of his grandkids.
Mike graduated from Marshfield High School in 1989. Mike worked for O'reilly Automotive for 30 years. He professed his faith in Jesus and was baptized on June 10th, 2018.
Mikes interest are The St. Louis Cardinals, concerts, car shows and traveling.
